Today, pulling into the garage, I noticed this:
Do you see it? In the midst of blooms that have all turned their color, there stood one, just ONE, still white. I cannot believe how this spoke to me. The courage it takes to stand alone, to be different than everything that surrounds it.
And yet, isn’t that what we are called to do?
Are we not called to….
stand alone & not follow the crowd?
to do what is right & godly & hard?
to make a difference in the lives around us?
to live wisely? kindly? peaceably? sacrificially?

Take courage today. Stand apart. Stand alone. Dare to be different.
