This morning I called Lisa & asked her to send me a particular photo which happened to be on her phone. All of a sudden she was hysterical laughing to the point that I could not even understand what she was saying. She finally was able to tell me to get my phone & go look at what she was texting me. What came through was about a dozen photos of Sophia.
Now for the rest of the story.
Saturday morning, Peter let Lisa sleep in. Sophia kept herself occupied, unbeknownst to anyone as to what she was doing, with Lisa’s phone. She took a ton of pictures of herself eating fruit snacks. This is what occurs when Momma sleeps in….
This is how my family rolls, lolol. I LOVE it!!! I have racked my brains out trying to figure out a spiritual application for this. All I have done is laughed until my sides hurt, tears were rolling, nose was running & I have hardly any make-up left on. The best I could do today was this:
“A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” (Proverbs 17:22 NIV).
“A happy heart makes the face cheerful…” (Proverbs 15:13 NIV).
“A time to weep, and a time to laugh…”. (Ecclesiastes 3:4 NIV).
Today was a laughing kind of day. Children are a blessing for sure!!!!
