“Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 5:1, NASB)

Dear God, our world has been broken for so long. As we look around and read the news, we are reminded of the lack of peace. Yet one of the names given to Your Son is the Prince of Peace. During this Advent season, in the midst of the darkness in these days, help us to remember Jesus alone gives us peace each and every day. In Your Name we pray, Amen.
