Every Friday I join a community of bloggers for Five Minute Friday. One word prompt, five minutes. Unedited. The prompt this week is ā€¦Ā Finally.

Finally can be used to conclude a statement or action. It can be used to indicate the last thing to be said or done.

Paul wrote often to the believers of the early churches. Paul was a man whose heart was to teach them, and us, how to walk with God and live out our days,

His words offer much encouragement and instruction to us:

Finally, brethren, rejoice, be made complete, be comforted, be like-minded, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.” (2 Corinthians 13:11, NASB)

Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. (Philippians 4:8, NASB)

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might.” (Ephesians 6:10, NASB)

When we finally rejoice in Him,
and finally think on these things,
we will finally be strong in the Lord.
